I found this recipe yet again, on my iPad app! This recipe didn't call for eating it over steamed cauliflower, but I did to keep it paleo and clean. C ate it over some white rice and he said it's really good that way as well for those who aren't following the paleo diet! You can find this amazingly good recipe here!

I found this recipe on an app (Nom Nom Paleo), and being the superfan of soup that I am, HAD to try this. Basil Spinach



I found this recipe on my iPad and honestly, I made it because it seemed simple. I didn't think C would like it, but I would eat it anyways. I had no idea that it would taste as amazing as it did, even C went back for seconds! The basil gives it a taste so nice, it's not like much I've ever made before! Check out the recipe here.








Turkey & Cilantro Meatballs



I originally got this idea from a turkey burger recipe I found online, but morphed it into a meatball recipe. I love ground turkey and chicken (just turkey is used here) so I figured I'd love this. The cilantro gives it a very nice taste, and it was so juicy and flavourful - a definiate favourite! Check out this post for my "how-to" make them!







Mashed Cauliflower


I've  heard about this before, but I've never tried it... until now! Mashed "potatoes" also known in the paleo world as mashed cauliflower tastes so amazing and so much like real potatoes it's pretty insane! Check out this post for my recipe (it's so easy!)









Homemade Lara Bars

One of my cousins posted a link to a website showing how to make your own Lara Bars (a vegan, raw, totally paleo snack bar that I'm IN LOVE with) so I couldn't wait to try and make my own! Broccoli & Mushroom Frittata


A frittata was always something I had wanted to try, but just never got around to it. I finally did and it was amazing! I had no idea I could like eggs this much! After doing this recipe I thought it'd be cool to do a breakfast version with shredded potato and bacon :). I posted the recipe here!








Kale Chips



I found this recipe on one of my favourite blogs, Push.Pump.Progress. I found out quickly that these are SO EASY to make and they're sooo delicious! I literally ate the whole batch in one night. The good news is, it's almost like you're eating salad so it's a guilt-free snack! The recipe is found here - are you sweet or salty lover?







Spaghetti Squash with Kale

This recipe I kind of randomly came up with. I had spaghetti squash and kale in my fridge and it needed to be eaten before it went bad. I pictured in my mind what it would turn out like and it was pretty bang on! You can find this recipe here... Mmmm :)


Chicken Divan



This recipe is all paleo. It uses boneless skinless chicken thighs, broccoli, mushrooms, onions, curry, paprika and coconut milk. It's one of my absolute favourite dishes and I've made it many times already. For those not paleo concious, I've heard it's very good over rice as well!
